Description : The Bhutanese flag is divided diagonally, with a yellow triangle on the top and an orange triangle beneath. Along the centre line is a black and white dragon, known as Druk, the Thunder Dragon. It was adopted in 1969 and designed by Mayeum Choying Wangmo Dorji. This 5 foot by 3 foot cloth flag has metal eyelets, allowing it to be flown.
